Pursuing an unpaid debt through the courts is priced under the advocate tariff, which links the fee per procedural act to the amount claimed. A payment-order procedure is cheaper than a full contested trial.

Simple payment order for a claim around 100,000 CZK: 10,000 to 25,000 CZK plus VAT. Contested cases run higher. The 5 percent filing fee is separate.
