Our Mission

najitadvokata.cz is an independent English reference for expats and foreign residents dealing with Czech law. We explain hiring an advocate, immigration and Blue Cards, employment, family, property, and how the Czech advocate tariff works.

Editorial Approach

Content is based on primary Czech legislation: Act No. 85/1996 Coll. on Advocacy, the Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.), the Labor Code (Act No. 262/2006 Coll.), the Administrative Procedure Code (Act No. 500/2004 Coll.), and other applicable statutes. Every article is reviewed before publication and updated when the law changes.

History

Launched in 2025 to give English speakers direct access to Czech legal frameworks without depending on translated brochures.

Who Runs the Site

Published by the najitadvokata.cz editorial team led by Daniel Rombakh, OSVC based in Prague. The editorial team works with external legal consultants for expert review.

What We Do Not Do

The site does not provide legal advice within the meaning of Act No. 85/1996 Coll., does not act as an advocate, and does not replace individual consultation. We do not endorse specific law firms. For a specific matter, consult an attorney registered with the Czech Bar Association.
