Advocate tariff (advokátní tarif)
Decree No. 177/1996 setting the default fees and reimbursements for advocates when no contractual fee is agreed.
The advocate tariff sets how an advocate's fee is calculated per procedural act, indexed to the value of the matter, plus a flat 300 CZK overhead per act.
It applies as the default fee when the client and advocate have not agreed a contractual fee, and it is the basis for costs the losing party reimburses.
