Employee Card (zaměstnanecká karta)
A dual residence-and-work permit for non-EU nationals tied to a specific job in Czechia.
The Employee Card combines residence and work authorisation in a single permit tied to a particular job listed in the central vacancy register.
It is the most common route for non-EU workers and suits jobs at any qualification level, unlike the Blue Card which is for highly qualified roles.
