Work out the exact end of a deadline for an appeal, a lawsuit, limitation or a consumer complaint. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it moves to the next working day. The calculator fields are in Czech; the notes below explain the rules in English.

How deadlines are counted in Czech law
A deadline set in days starts running on the day after the event decisive for it (Section 605 Civil Code). A deadline set in weeks, months or years ends on the day whose name or number matches the day the decisive event occurred.
If the last day of a deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the last day is the next working day (Section 57 Civil Procedure Code).
For electronic filings, the deadline is met by sending to the court's data box or electronic registry at the latest on the last day of the deadline.
